First Day at the Peoria Zoo!

Caitlin loved her first day at the Peoria Zoo. We've been talking about becoming members for too long. Today we went and joined. I'm not sure how we're going to keep her from attacking the animals at the zoo like she does at home. She kept trying to get at the pygmy goats and the Llama. Here she spotted a lil' goat from her stroller and immediately reached out for him. Watch those hands, she's quick!

Too much of a good thing.....

Baby was tired out after too much fun in the sun. Here she is sacked-out in the stroller while daddy made friends with some of the local artists.

Rhapsody in Bloom Festival

Today we went to the 'Rhapsody in Bloom' festival at Luthy Botanical Gardens in Glen Oak Park. Caitlin and Kenzee seemed to enjoy themselves listening to the music.

Good ol' summer fun

Since Schools been out, Mikes been running 'Daddy Daycare". Here is a shot of Emily and Jared enjoying some Watermelon after running in the sprinkler. As soon as I gave them the melon, they just went out side and sat in the driveway. They looked so sweet, until I went out and heard them competing who could get the most seeds, and pro'seed'ing to spit them at each other while laughing hysterically!

Cabo

I know, I know, It's been a while. Back on May 15, our good friends Derek and Julie were married in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Here we are on a 'Sunset Cruise' the night before the wedding. Behind us is the famous arch at the point that disects the Sea of Cortez and the Pacific Ocean.
